Ceramic tile for shower wall - Avoid using Non-Vitreous water absorption of more than 7%?

I found the perfect color tile for my bathroom surround. After looking closer I see the tile is GLAZED, however it has a rating of 'Non-Vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 7% for indoor use'.

I understand this would be a bad selection for a bathroom floor - but this would be specifically for a bathtub surround - WALLS only.

But I am reading conflicting reports on if this is the correct tile to use for water areas. I don't want to create an issue many years from now..

Has anyone used tiles that is rated Non-Vitreous for shower walls or wet areas.

Looking for warnings/suggestions..
